Hey Josh here giving you more on the set of The Dark Knight Rises showing Bane on top of 1 of 3 a Tumblers that don't come in black.
So there you go. It looks like Bane is giving a speech on Harvey Dent and Gotham to maybe inspire his new troops (Blackgate prisoners) who have been busted out of prison thanks to a Tumber with an unknown driver.

So there you have it. it looks like Nolan is going all out again with this one and ending his Batman series with a huge bang.
